I waited almost two years after learning about these chairs before actually getting one. During that period I tried out several "knock-offs" and did not buy them because of the quality of workmanship and/or materials. Some were nearly as comfortable, but I could tell they would not hold up for long. The Lafuma is everything they say it is and I am very satisfied with the comfort, stability and construction. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who really needs to relax. I might add that the purchasing experience was excellent and shipping was exceptionally fast.

This was not the first LaFuma chair we have purchased. We own 2 mesh and 2 padded chairs. They are extremely comfortable . It is easy to find just the right position and what is great about the chair is you can lock into that position- no fear of flopping back. Their light weight is also an attribute for us older folks who don't lift much weight. We prefer the mesh chairs mostly for the coolness they provide on hot days . the padded chairs are great for more cushion and when cooler. We recently listened to a football game on the porch reclined in our chairs and under cozy fleece throws.We have purchased these chairs as gifts for family to also enjoy. Our previous purchases were at retail stores, our last purchase from web site. Was pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery.

I have another model that fits me perfect! But with this model it felt like my head was tilted forward when in an upright position. I appreciated the quick response and return of money when I returned it.

Wow! My friend tried to talk me into buying a Lafuma recliner and I resisted for a year. I should have listened sooner. My only complaint is that the recliner is so darn comfortable I never want to leave the beach! It is certainly easy to transport and operate. Daily people stop to ask me about the chair. I usually let them try it out and they are amazed.This is my first Lafuma and will not be my last. Thanks for making my summer a little more relaxing!

My first LaFuma chair came into my life seven years ago. It went to the movies with me, also restaurants, the airport, the classroom. I even sat in it at the Top of the Rock this past May in Rockefeller Center. It "died" while traveling to So Calif this past June. I am physically challenged and live in chronic pain. I have relied on my chair for pain relief each and every day. I "gate check" it at the airport so I can be in it up till the very last moment before boarding and in it the very first opportunity upon landing. The "zero-gravity" chair lets me experience the most pain relief possible, other than through medication. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was I feel there is less zero-gravity than before. I need to go as far back as possible and the new chair does not do this as well as the old one. I really wish it did.

Easily the most comfortable and ergonomically designed lounger ever tried. Despite its light weight, strong and durable. Also weathers well come rain or shine.

I have only had the chairs for a short time but I have found no complaints about them. They are very comfortable and easy to handle. I would recommend them to anyone. They are becoming very popular in my area.

I have had a poor experience with the RSX.The chair is very difficult to sit in and recline.I thought it would get easier as we used it.My wife cannot push the chair into the recline position.I would like to return the chair that we originally ordered,and the second chair that we ordered,which is still in the box.We bought the chair because our neighbor has the non-padded model which works perfectly.We would like to exchange the chairs,and get one of the non-padded chairs.Please advise.

Sounds like components of the chair may have been over-tightened, causing the resistance. The frames of the padded and non-padded chairs are identical in design and build, so I would suggest an exchange for the same model you ordered. Please contact us at 1-800-573-4457 to arrange.
