Reviews for Lafuma RSX XL recliner
Bungee lacing wears out
Reviewer: Anonymous , Milford, Delaware

We own 2 of these recliners and they are very comfortable...but we have to change the bungee lacing out at least once a year. I weigh about 170lbs so I wouldn't think weight is an issue and the chairs are protected from the weather. LaFuma needs to correct this design flaw.
Comments from The Staff:
Thank you for taking time to share this with us. We contacted the manufacturer about this issue and here is what they had to say:
The lacing system provides excellent comfort and support; however, the lacing is elastic and will wear over time with use and weather exposure. The laces do have to be replaced approximately every two years. For the customer that does not want to replace laces, we offer the Futura Clipper and the Evolution recliners as alternatives. With the clip system on the Futura Clipper and Evolution, the customer does not have to worry about laces breaking as the clips are a durable alternative.
Thanks!

Yeah Baby!

I got my Lafuma RSX XL Recliner yesterday and I LOVE it. When you get in it, your feet are just weightless and your whole body instantly relaxes. My mom tried it, and she suffers from lots of neck pain. She said it helped relieve the pain even after she got up from sitting the recliner. It's almost as good as getting a massage, and heck, for the price of a massage, I can get a recliner that I can use everyday! I've had my eye on one of these beauties for a while, and I am so happy I treated myself. Now, if I could only get my boyfriend to stop sitting in it...
Oh, and the Concierge Service at LafumaFurniture.com is amazing. They helped me pick out the perfect color.

Almost big enough

A nice chair. Have had two zero gravity recliners before. I picked this one because I could check it as oversize baggage and bring it to Costa Rica in the original shipping container. My only complaint is that the leg length could be 3" - 4" longer. I am 6'4" and it is just a little short. But, overall a good comfortable chair for the money.

Great chair

I purchased 2 chairs for our RV. We love to tailgate at college football games. I ordered the chairs in our favorite team colors and had our name and team logo put on the pillow. It looked great and we had a lot of great complements on them. The are very comfortable for sitting around and watching football games on TV outside the RV. Looks great and very comfortable. Yes I have and will recommend these chairs to my friends. In fact, my friends have already made plans to purchase several for the fall when football season starts. War Eagle

Comfort & Versatility

Not only are these the most comfortable recliners you can buy, they level-out slopes as well. Sloping parts of our property made using traditional furniture uncomfortable and/or impossible to use. The Lafuma recliners negate the slope.
Keep up the good work.

The chair, though it looks like a glorified beach chair, is SO comfortable!
Everyone in my family laughed at it, then refused to get out of it!
Very quick delivery!!!

This chair is so comfortable and seems constructed very well. I'm glad we went with the XL for my husband, the regular is kind of short for for any one over 5'10". Good Night!
