If you need to slow down, feel cranky, or are just plain tired and want to rest, using this chair is the very best way to do this. Get the padded version to use inside.

Doesn't hold its positions well

I found that the varying positions in between all the way back and all the way down don't hold - ever. The chair slides back to the down position. Big bummer when wanting to watch tv!
Comments from The Staff:
Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We forwarded this to the manufacturer and this was their response:
The locking brackets can wear out over time and extended use or, on occasion, are defective and won't hold. In both cases, the locking brackets can be replaced with new brackets, and this almost always resolves the problem, so that the chairs will stay in place again. The locking brackets are not meant to lock the chair completely in place in case a customer needs to get out of the chair for an emergency, but they should provide enough resistance to keep the user comfortably in place in multiple reclined positions. The two-year warranty does cover defective locking brackets.
Thanks!

We bought four chairs for the clients in our medical spa and all the clients are loving them! However what we really love is the AMAZING customer service we have received. We could not be happier. Thank you so much Shantel and all the other lafuma customer support staff.

Perfect for relaxing

I ordered this chair after much research and I am so glad I did. I am on bedrest at home after a 10 week hospital stay, and this is a great way to spend bedrest (out on the patio reclining under a nice shade). I am also 35+ weeks pregnant, so I find it extremely difficult to sit down and get up from many chairs. The Lafuma Futura Clipper is actually pretty easy to get in and out of, and the fixed armrests make it easy to recline and unrecline, so it's perfect for me! I chose the clipper because I didn't want to deal with having to replace any cords over time. It costs a little more than some of the other models, but it was well worth every penny.
